ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effects of laughter therapy on women experiencing premenstrual syndrome (PMS). PMS can cause various physical and emotional symptoms that make daily life challenging, often leading to increased food cravings and unhealthy eating habits. The researchers want to see if laughter therapy can help reduce these cravings and improve eating behaviors without any side effects.
To participate in this study, you need to be a female nursing student who is willing to join the research and has a PMS score of 43 or higher, which indicates more severe symptoms. If you qualify, you can expect to engage in laughter therapy sessions, which might involve activities designed to make you laugh and feel good. This trial is currently recruiting participants, so if you think you fit the criteria, it could be a great opportunity to help explore a new way to manage PMS symptoms.
