The ENRICH Nurse-Family Partnership Study is focused on improving the heart health of women during pregnancy and up to two years after giving birth. This study aims to create and test new materials that will help mothers and their children develop healthier habits, such as eating better, being more active, sleeping well, and avoiding smoking. The goal is to support women in managing their weight, blood sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure. Researchers will work with up to 40 women who are part of the Nurse-Family Partnership program to see how helpful these new resources are.
To participate in this study, you must be a woman who is either pregnant or has had a baby within the last 24 months, and you should be at least 18 years old. This study is open to those who speak English or Spanish. If you join, you’ll receive support and resources from nurses to help you lead a healthier lifestyle for you and your family. The study is currently looking for participants, so if you fit the criteria and are interested, it could be a great opportunity to improve your health and the health of your child.
