ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a special treatment called BMAC (Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate) combined with collagen affects the bone around dental implants placed right away in the front part of the upper jaw (the esthetic zone). The goal is to see if this combination helps maintain healthier bone levels compared to using a different method, which takes bone from the patient’s chin. The study will involve twenty dental implants, and patients will be randomly divided into two groups: one group will receive the BMAC/collagen treatment, while the other will have the chin bone graft.
To be eligible for this study, participants must be adults over the age of 18 who have teeth that can't be saved in the esthetic zone and are highly motivated to participate. However, people with certain health issues, like systemic diseases or bleeding disorders, will not be included. Participants can expect to undergo some imaging tests before, immediately after the procedure, and four months later to check how the bone changes around the implants. This trial is currently recruiting participants and aims to improve dental implant outcomes for those in need.
