ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new way for patients who have had a stroke to exercise while still in bed. Specifically, it aims to find out if these in-bed exercises, which use special sensors to provide feedback on muscle activity, are safe and practical for people recovering from a stroke that happened less than three months ago. The researchers want to see how many sessions patients participate in, how many they complete, and how effective these exercises are in improving their movement and strength.
To be eligible for this trial, participants need to be 19 years or older and have some weakness in their legs due to a stroke. They should also be able to understand and follow basic commands. However, people who have had another stroke, have other serious neurological conditions, or significant medical issues may not be able to participate. If someone joins the trial, they can expect to engage in guided exercises that can help their recovery while being closely monitored for safety.
