ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and supervised exercise training can affect body weight, heart health, and insulin sensitivity in postmenopausal women. Researchers want to find out if combining these two approaches can help improve health outcomes for women who have gone through menopause.
To be eligible for the study, participants must be postmenopausal women in good general health, with a body mass index (BMI) between 20 and 30. Women who are not yet in menopause or have a BMI that falls outside this range will not be able to participate. Those who join the trial can expect to engage in supervised exercise sessions and receive hormone therapy, all while being monitored for changes in their health. This study is currently looking for volunteers, so if you meet the criteria and are interested in improving your health, this could be a great opportunity!
