ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how an online program can help university students eat less processed food and be more physically active. The goal is to see if these changes can also help reduce feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress. The program involves various activities and support that participants can do from their own devices, like a phone or computer.

To join the study, participants need to be enrolled in a university in Mexico and have internet access. They should be willing to take part in the program but cannot have certain health conditions, such as mental health disorders or eating disorders. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but once it starts, those who qualify can expect to engage in a supportive online environment focused on improving their eating habits and physical activity levels, while also helping their mental well-being.
