ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how effective telerehabilitation, which is a type of remote therapy, is in helping people with multiple sclerosis (MS) improve their balance. Over 12 weeks, participants will engage in either one-on-one telerehabilitation sessions or follow along with exercise videos at home. There will also be a control group that won’t receive any intervention. The goal is to see which method helps people with balance problems due to MS the most.
To be part of the study, you need to have a confirmed diagnosis of MS and feel that your balance is affected. You should also have been stable for at least 30 days since your last MS flare-up and be able to use a computer or tablet on your own. Unfortunately, if you have serious memory or thinking issues that make it hard to follow exercise instructions, or if you have other health problems that affect your balance, you would not be eligible to participate. If you join, you'll be contributing to important research that could lead to better therapies for people with MS.
