ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is designed to compare the effectiveness of two different dental implant systems. The two systems being studied are called Osstem TS III and Osstem KS. Researchers want to find out which system provides better results for patients who need dental implants to support their teeth. The trial will look at both clinical outcomes (how well the implants work in the mouth) and radiographic outcomes (what the X-rays show about the implants).
To participate in this study, you must be at least 18 years old and have some missing teeth, needing at least two implants. It’s important that the areas where the implants will be placed are healthy enough for the procedure. Smokers are welcome to join, and there are different categories for smoking habits. However, there are several health conditions that could prevent someone from participating, such as certain serious medical issues or infections in the mouth. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but if you qualify, you can expect to be followed for five years to see how well the implants work over time.
