ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how our brains process experiences in real-time by using a technique called fMRI (functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging). During the study, healthy participants will take part in MRI scans while they report their thoughts and feelings based on what their brain is doing at that moment. This is done using a special system that tracks brain activity and prompts participants to share their experiences.
To join this trial, participants need to be between the ages of 18 and 35 and must not have any history of mental health or neurological disorders. They also cannot have any conditions that would make MRI scans unsafe for them. If eligible, participants can expect to spend time in an MRI machine while engaging in this unique experience-sampling activity. This research aims to better understand how our brains work when we reflect on our own thoughts and feelings, which could have implications for various areas of mental health and neuroscience.
