**Summary of the Clinical Trial: Advanced Proton Therapy Approaches**
This clinical trial is looking to gather information about how well proton therapy works for treating cancer. Proton therapy is a type of radiation treatment that uses protons, which are tiny particles, to target tumors more precisely than traditional radiation. The goal of this study is to collect data on patients receiving this treatment to better understand when it is appropriate, how effective it is, and what the results are when using a specific treatment schedule called hypofractionation, which means giving higher doses of radiation over fewer sessions.
To participate in this trial, you must be between the ages of 65 and 74 and have a diagnosis of cancer, whether it is benign (not cancerous) or malignant (cancerous). You also need to be a candidate for proton therapy and able to give your consent to participate. If you join the study, you can expect to receive proton therapy as part of your treatment plan, and your progress and results will be carefully monitored. This trial is still recruiting participants, so there is an opportunity for eligible patients to contribute to important research that could improve cancer treatment in the future.
