ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new online tool called Adhere.ly, which aims to help people with anxiety and depression stay engaged with their therapy homework between sessions. The study will compare traditional therapy methods with therapy that uses this new platform, to see if it helps patients practice what they learn in therapy more effectively.
To participate in this trial, you need to be an adult aged 18 or older who is experiencing significant anxiety and depression. You should also be comfortable using a laptop, tablet, or smartphone with internet access. Mental health providers who are eligible must be English-speaking professionals with at least a master's degree in a related field and currently working with patients in the U.S. Participants will have the chance to use the Adhere.ly platform and provide feedback on how it supports their therapy journey. Keep in mind that individuals with certain conditions, like active psychosis or significant cognitive disabilities, may not be eligible for this study.
