ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a group of symptoms that many cancer patients experience, including fatigue, sleep problems, pain, emotional distress, and trouble thinking clearly. These symptoms can make life difficult for patients and can even affect their recovery. Researchers want to understand how these symptoms are connected and if they vary between patients with breast cancer or digestive cancers over a two-year period. They will also explore a new mind-body group program designed to help improve the main symptom identified in each group. This program will use strategies like self-care and relaxation techniques to empower participants.

To participate, individuals must be at least 18 years old and have a diagnosis of non-metastatic breast cancer or certain digestive cancers, with no history of severe mental health issues or substance abuse. Participants should not have experienced cancer relapse and should have completed their main treatments within the last five years. Those who join can expect to engage in a supportive group setting aimed at improving their well-being while also helping researchers learn more about these symptoms and how to treat them effectively.
