ClinConnect Summary
The Pounce™ Thrombectomy System Retrospective Registry is a clinical trial that is studying a new way to remove blood clots from the arteries in the legs, which is particularly important for patients with Peripheral Arterial Disease or Acute Limb Ischemia. This study is looking back at patients who have had a specific procedure using the Pounce Thrombectomy System to see how well it works and is being conducted at multiple centers across the United States.
To be eligible for the study, participants must be between the ages of 65 and 74 and have already undergone a procedure where the Pounce System was used. If you join the study, you’ll be asked to give your consent for researchers to collect information about your experience and outcomes after the treatment. It's important to note that this study is currently recruiting participants, and it’s open to both men and women. If you're considering participating, you’ll be contributing valuable information that could help improve treatments for blood clots in the future.
