ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on improving colonoscopies, which are procedures used to examine the inside of the colon for issues like polyps (growths on the colon) or signs of cancer. The goal is to gather important data about these procedures to help develop new artificial intelligence (AI) tools that can make colonoscopies safer and more effective. If you are between 18 and 74 years old and have been advised to undergo a colonoscopy for screening or follow-up after having polyps removed, you may be eligible to participate.
If you join the study, you'll receive a colonoscopy as part of your regular care. Before participating, you’ll need to give your consent after fully understanding the details of the study. It's important to note that there are certain conditions that would exclude you from participating, such as if you have had a total colectomy (surgery to remove the entire colon) or if your doctor believes that a colonoscopy would not be safe for you. This study is currently recruiting participants, and your involvement could contribute to advancements in how colonoscopies are performed in the future.
