### Summary of the SoWell-VAS Clinical Trial
The SoWell-VAS clinical trial is studying a new way to measure how satisfied and well people feel at work using a simple tool called Visual Analog Scales (VAS). Currently, understanding workplace stress involves long questionnaires with many questions, which can be confusing and take too much time to fill out. This trial aims to create shorter and clearer questionnaires that can quickly gather important information about factors like workload, social support, and burnout, making it easier for both workers and health professionals to assess workplace well-being.
To participate in this trial, you need to be an adult actively working in a job. Unfortunately, if you are a minor or someone under legal protection, you won't be eligible to join. If you decide to take part, you can expect to fill out these quick questionnaires during your occupational health check-ups. Your feedback will help improve the way we understand and support mental health in the workplace, making it a better environment for everyone. Your participation is completely voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time if you choose.
