ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a new device called VAVA, a voice-activated virtual assistant, designed to help young adult cancer survivors improve their sleep. Many young adults who have survived cancer often struggle with sleep issues, which can be very challenging for their overall health and well-being. The trial will focus on whether using VAVA to provide a type of therapy called cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) can help these individuals sleep better.

To be eligible for this trial, participants must be between 18 and 29 years old, have a history of any type of cancer, and have been experiencing ongoing sleep problems for at least three months. They also need to have access to an internet connection at home. During the trial, participants will use the VAVA device and work with it to improve their sleep patterns. This study is currently recruiting participants, and both males and females can join. If you or someone you know might be interested, this could be a great opportunity to explore a new way to tackle sleep issues after cancer treatment.
