ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called the BEST Program, is exploring how a combination of bright-light exposure and specific exercise training can help patients with lung and esophageal cancer. Over six weeks, the study aims to see if this approach can improve sleep patterns, physical and mental health, overall quality of life, and even impact cancer recurrence and survival rates in patients.
To participate, individuals should be at least 20 years old, newly diagnosed with primary lung or esophageal cancer (stages one to three), and able to communicate in Mandarin or Taiwanese. They also need to have a good level of physical ability and be capable of using the internet or have someone who can assist them. Participants can expect a supportive environment focused on enhancing their well-being during treatment. If you're interested or know someone who might be eligible, this study is currently recruiting participants.
