ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a specific type of knee implant called the U-Knee/Uni-Kroma, which is used for a surgery known as unicompartmental knee arthroplasty. This surgery is typically done to relieve pain and improve movement in patients with arthritis or damage in just one part of the knee. The main goal of the study is to gather information about how well these implants work in the short and medium term after surgery.
To be eligible for this study, participants need to be between the ages of 65 and 74 and must have received a U-Knee/Uni-Kroma implant. They should also be part of a social security program. However, people who have another knee implant that needs to be replaced, or who can't follow the study's instructions or complete questionnaires, won’t be able to participate. Those who join the trial can expect to provide feedback on their recovery and the performance of the implant, helping researchers understand how this device can improve knee function for others in the future.
