**Clinical Trial Summary: Integrating Food Rx With Best Feeding Practices**
This clinical trial is exploring a new approach to help families improve their dietary habits and tackle childhood obesity. The study is looking at how well a program, which combines “Food Rx” (a prescription for healthy eating) with Best Feeding Practices, works for parents and their children. The goal is to see if this program is easy to follow and accepted by participants.
To join the study, parents need to live in Harris or Fort Bend counties and have a child between 4 and 8 years old. Participants should be able to speak English or Spanish and have access to a phone and the internet. It’s important to note that parents of children with disabilities or those taking certain medications that might affect their child’s weight or appetite cannot participate. If you join, you can expect to engage in helpful activities and answer some questions about your family’s eating habits. This is a great opportunity to learn more about healthy eating and make positive changes for your family!
