ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a short online mindfulness program can help university students in Indonesia manage stress, anxiety, and depression. Mindfulness is a technique that encourages people to pay attention to the present moment, which research has shown can reduce negative feelings. The study will also explore how a common thinking pattern, called repetitive negative thinking (RNT), affects these emotions and how mindfulness might help.
To participate in this trial, you need to be a student at a university in Indonesia, have good eyesight and hearing, and be comfortable using the internet. However, if you regularly practice yoga, meditation, or mindfulness, or if you are currently receiving psychological treatment or struggling with substance abuse, you won’t be eligible to join. If you take part, you can expect to engage in a mindfulness program online, which aims to improve your emotional well-being. The study is currently recruiting participants, so if you meet the criteria and are interested, this could be a great opportunity to learn new skills for managing stress and anxiety.
