The Addressing Root Causes for Gun Violence Prevention (ARC-GVP) trial is focused on understanding how a specific summer employment program, called The T.R.I.G.G.E.R Project, can help reduce gun violence among young people in Washington D.C. To be eligible for this trial, participants should be youth in Washington D.C. who are currently taking part in The T.R.I.G.G.E.R Project. The program is open to all genders and includes young people aged between 13 and 25. Participants can expect to be involved in activities designed to promote positive behaviors while contributing to important research that could help improve safety in their community. It’s important to note that emancipated minors, or those who are legally independent from their parents, are not eligible to participate in this study.
