ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a specific type of exercise program called dynamic humeral centering exercises to see if it can help people with subacromial pain syndrome, which is a common cause of shoulder pain that affects movement and strength. The goal is to find out if these exercises can improve shoulder function and reduce disability for patients suffering from this condition. Researchers hope that understanding the effects of these exercises will help healthcare professionals provide better treatments for shoulder pain.
To participate in this study, individuals need to be between 18 and 60 years old and have experienced pain in the upper arm area for more than two weeks. They should also have certain positive signs during physical tests related to shoulder impingement. However, people with specific shoulder conditions, recent injuries, or other health issues will not be eligible to join. Participants can expect to engage in an exercise program designed to improve their shoulder health, and this research may help shape future treatments for others with similar shoulder pain.
