**Trial Summary: Exercise for Children with Hemophilia**
This clinical trial is exploring whether a special exercise program can help boys aged 6 to 12 years with hemophilia become stronger and more active. Many boys with hemophilia want to participate in games and activities with their friends, but there isn’t enough evidence to know if strengthening exercises are safe and beneficial for them. In this study, some boys will follow a new exercise program designed by healthcare professionals, while others will continue with their usual care. The goal is to see if the exercise helps improve their muscle strength and overall participation in activities.
To be eligible for this trial, boys must be between 6 and 12 years old and have severe or moderate hemophilia A or B. However, children with certain conditions, such as von Willebrand disease or recent injuries to the lower limbs, cannot participate. Throughout the 12-week study, participants will be monitored to ensure their safety and to gather information about how the exercise impacts their health. This research aims to help understand how physical activity can support children with hemophilia in living a more active and joyful life.
