ClinConnect Summary
The European Aortic Data Collection Project is a clinical trial aimed at studying the safety and effectiveness of special devices called Custom-Made Stent-grafts (CMDs) that are used to treat various serious conditions affecting the aorta, such as complex abdominal aortic aneurysms and chronic aortic dissections. By gathering information on how these devices perform in real-life situations, the study hopes to support their continued use and help improve future medical technologies.
To participate in this trial, patients must be scheduled to receive a Cook CMD. However, those who cannot commit to follow-up appointments or do not want their medical information shared will not be eligible. Participants will have their health monitored throughout the study, which will help researchers understand how well these devices work and ensure they are safe for patients. This trial is currently recruiting patients of all ages and genders.
