ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how nature-based therapies can help patients recover from a stroke during their rehabilitation. Specifically, it looks at how spending time in nature or engaging with nature-inspired activities might improve recovery for people who have recently experienced a stroke. The trial is currently recruiting participants who are between the ages of 65 to 74 and are undergoing rehabilitation for their stroke.
To join this study, participants must be recovering from an acute or subacute stroke and be in a rehabilitation ward. However, those who have severe communication difficulties, certain types of brain injuries, or ongoing serious illnesses won't be eligible. If you participate, you can expect to take part in activities that connect you with nature while receiving traditional rehabilitation care. This trial aims to understand if these nature-based therapies can enhance recovery and overall well-being for stroke patients.
