ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how personalized physical training can help reduce chronic fatigue, a condition where people feel extremely tired for more than six months, even after resting. Many patients with chronic fatigue struggle with daily activities, and this study aims to find better ways to help them feel better through customized exercise programs. Researchers believe that by tailoring physical training to each person's specific needs, it could lead to better outcomes in managing their fatigue.

To join the study, participants should be at least 18 years old, be able to walk for 10 minutes without stopping, and have a specific fatigue score indicating their level of tiredness. They must also be willing to participate and give consent. The study is currently recruiting participants of all genders. Those who join can expect to receive personalized exercise plans and support to help manage their fatigue. It's important to note that certain health conditions or participation in other studies may disqualify someone from taking part in this trial.
