ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how well a special computer program, called a convolutional neural network, can estimate a person's dental age by looking at their panoramic dental X-rays. The researchers want to see if this technology can accurately determine a person's dental age compared to their actual age. This information could help in situations where knowing a person’s age is important for their dental care.
To participate in this study, you must be between 2 and 58 years old and have all of your lower left permanent teeth, except for the third molars (wisdom teeth). It’s also important that your teeth show clear signs of root development and that you don’t have any diseases or past dental surgeries that could affect the results. If you qualify and choose to join, you will have a dental X-ray taken, which is a simple and quick process. This trial is currently looking for volunteers, and everyone, regardless of gender, is welcome to apply.
