To be eligible for this study, patients must be at least 18 years old and scheduled to have the POEM procedure. If you decide to join, you can expect to receive standard care while contributing to important research that may help improve treatment for these gastrointestinal conditions in the future. The trial is currently recruiting participants of all genders and is open to individuals aged 18 and older.

• Exclusion Criteria:
