ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called the sLiFE Program, is focused on helping older adults prevent falls and stay safe at home. The program includes group workshops led by a physiotherapist, where participants will learn practical strategies to improve their daily activities and reduce risks that could lead to falls. The goal is to empower seniors to live more independently and confidently in their own homes.
To join this study, you need to be at least 65 years old, live at home, and be able to speak and read Spanish. However, there are some health conditions that would exclude you from participating, such as recent heart issues, strokes, or certain types of cancer. If you decide to participate, you can expect supportive training and guidance to help you navigate your daily activities safely. This is a great opportunity for older adults looking to enhance their well-being and prevent falls.
