ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new educational tool designed to help learners better understand and manage musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, which affect bones, joints, and muscles. The tool includes 20 short case simulations, each lasting about 15 minutes, that cover different types of MSK issues like injuries, spine problems, and infections. The goal is to see if this online learning improves the learners' knowledge and skills in treating these conditions and how satisfied both the learners and patients are with the care provided.
To participate in this study, patients must have a musculoskeletal condition included in the simulations and be assessed by the learners between July 2023 and March 2024. Eligible participants should be able to complete a survey in English, either on their own or with help from a translator, and have access to a device that can scan QR codes. Participants can expect to engage with learners who are gaining experience in assessing and managing their MSK conditions while providing feedback about their care experience. This study is designed to enhance both the educational experience for learners and the initial management of patients with MSK issues.
