ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new way to help doctors better identify a condition called atrophic gastritis using a special tool called endoscopy, which allows doctors to look inside the stomach. The trial is focusing on improving the accuracy of the Kimura-Takemoto classification, which is a method used to assess how severe atrophic gastritis is and to estimate the risk of developing stomach cancer in patients. The researchers are developing an artificial intelligence (AI) model to assist in this process, aiming to reduce the chances of missed diagnoses.
To participate in this trial, you must be between the ages of 18 and 80 and be scheduled for a white light endoscopy examination. You should be in good overall health, without severe heart, brain, lung, or kidney issues, and not have any psychiatric disorders that would prevent you from undergoing the procedure. If you join the study, you will undergo the usual endoscopy, and the AI will help analyze the findings. This trial is currently looking for volunteers, and it's a great opportunity to contribute to important research that could help improve the care for patients with stomach conditions in the future.
