ClinConnect Summary
The Actuate-CBC Study is a clinical trial aimed at improving the way burn patients receive care through telemedicine, which allows doctors to consult with patients remotely. The study will explore how comfortable healthcare providers feel about using teleconsultation for burn care and identify the best ways to implement this method, especially during times of crisis. Researchers will also create and test a special toolkit designed to help healthcare professionals use teleconsultation more effectively.
To participate in this study, individuals must be 18 years or older and involved in providing burn care at specific burn centers or hospitals. Participants can expect to share their experiences and thoughts about teleconsultation, which will help shape future care for burn patients. The study is currently recruiting participants, and everyone—regardless of gender—is welcome to join if they meet the eligibility criteria. Your input could play a vital role in enhancing care for burn patients in the future!
