ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effectiveness of two types of exercise—Mat Pilates and General Exercises—on helping patients with nonspecific acute low back pain. Nonspecific low back pain means the pain isn’t linked to a specific injury or condition. The goal is to see which exercise method works better for improving pain and helping people stay active while they recover.
To join the study, participants should be between 18 and 50 years old and have moderate low back pain, rated at least 3 out of 10 on a pain scale. They must also be willing to attend all exercise sessions and follow-ups. However, people with certain back conditions, those who have had spinal surgery, or individuals with severe heart or breathing issues cannot participate. If you join, you can expect to engage in either Mat Pilates or General Exercises, both of which are straightforward and do not need special equipment, allowing you to choose an exercise you enjoy.
