ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how our brains help us learn to speak and produce speech sounds. Researchers want to find out how specific brain processes can be improved to help people communicate better. If you decide to participate, you will be involved in activities like naming pictures, reading words and sentences, and listening to sounds, while the study team collects data on your speech.
To be eligible for this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and a native speaker of American English. You should have normal hearing and not be taking any medications that could affect your ability to speak or hear. Also, you should not have any current or past issues related to communication, neurological, or psychological disorders. If you join, you will be helping researchers understand more about how speech learning works, which could lead to better communication strategies in the future.
