ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a special feeding schedule, based on the natural body clock (circadian rhythm), affects the growth and overall health of newborns. Researchers want to see if feeding babies every three hours, while exclusively breastfeeding, can help improve their daily rhythms and well-being.
To participate, babies need to be between 28 and 42 weeks old and weigh between 1500 and 4200 grams at birth. They also need to be in the hospital for at least three days and be healthy enough to breathe on their own. Unfortunately, babies who were born with serious health issues or who need special medical care may not be eligible. If your baby meets these criteria, they may be able to join the study, which could help improve care for newborns in the future.
