ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how participating in Latin dance over 12 sessions can help improve the well-being of people who have undergone a lung transplant. Researchers want to see if dancing can enhance areas like balance, reduce fear of movement, and lessen feelings of anxiety and depression. They will also check if it helps with lung function, which is measured using a test called spirometry.
To be eligible for this study, participants need to be able to walk with or without help, have completed a specific rehabilitation program, and be in good control of any pain. It's important to note that people who have certain medical devices or need high levels of oxygen support may not be able to participate. If you join the study, you can expect to have fun learning Latin dance while potentially improving your physical and emotional health in a supportive environment.
