The FOREST trial is studying a special program aimed at helping workers who deal with violence prevention at UCAN. This program teaches ten helpful skills over nine months to improve mental health and coping abilities. By participating, workers will learn ways to manage stress, reduce burnout, and feel more positive, which can lead to a healthier workplace and a better overall culture of well-being.
To join this study, you need to be at least 18 years old, currently work at UCAN, have internet access, and be able to read and speak English. There are no specific exclusions for this trial, so if you meet those criteria, you could be eligible! Participants can expect to learn new skills during meetings and through online modules, all designed to support their mental health and enhance resilience in their jobs.
