ClinConnect Summary
The Cardio2U Study is a clinical trial that is looking at a new mobile app designed to help patients with heart conditions, specifically those with atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) and heart failure. The goal of the study is to see how well this app works in supporting patients while they manage their health at home. Researchers want to understand how easy the app is to use, how often patients continue to use it over time, and how satisfied they are with it.
To join the study, participants need to be at least 18 years old and have a diagnosis of atrial fibrillation or heart failure. They also need to be able to read and speak Dutch and have access to a smartphone or tablet. If you participate, you can expect to receive guidance through the app, which may help you learn more about your condition and stay engaged in your treatment. This study is currently recruiting participants, and your involvement could contribute to better care for heart patients in the future.
