ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying an online program called Healthy Minds, designed to help people with mood disorders like depression or anxiety successfully return to work after taking time off. The goal is to see if participating in this online group intervention makes it easier for individuals to go back to work and stay there compared to those who don’t participate. The researchers will look at various factors over a year, including how participants feel emotionally and how well they function at work.
To take part in this study, you need to be planning to return to work soon after being on sick leave for mental health reasons, or you should have just gone back to work within the last month. Participants will fill out online questionnaires at different times to track their progress. Those in the program will join an 8-week online group where they’ll learn helpful tools and strategies for returning to work. It’s important to note that participants must be comfortable communicating in French and should not have received similar therapy before. This trial aims to provide valuable insights on supporting individuals facing these challenges in the workplace.
