This clinical trial is studying a new way to detect parathyroid adenomas, which are growths on the parathyroid glands that can cause health issues like hyperparathyroidism. The goal is to create programs that automatically analyze images from special scans, making it easier for doctors to identify parathyroid adenomas.

To participate in this trial, you need to be an adult over 18 years old who has had a specific type of parathyroid scan called dual-isotope parathyroid scintigraphy. If you agree to let your data be used for research, you may be eligible. Participants will have their scan data analyzed using both the current method and the new AI-assisted method to see how well they match up. If you join, you can expect to contribute to important research that could improve the way doctors diagnose this condition in the future.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Men and women over 18 years of age who underwent dual-isotope parathyroid scintigraphy.
• • No refusal to use data for research purposes
• • Retrospective data (after 13/04/2022: Date of posting of patient information in the department) and prospective data
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Patient refusal to use data for research purposes
• • Patients who did not benefit from the standard acquisition protocol (123I injection followed by 99mTc 3 hours after LEHR, PINHOLE and SPECT/CT acquisitions)
