ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a digital tool called Onco'nect, designed to help monitor and manage side effects for cancer patients receiving outpatient chemotherapy. The goal is to see if using this tool can improve how well patients follow their treatment plans and reduce unexpected side effects from chemotherapy. Over a period of 18 months, the study will include 480 patients aged 18 and older who are starting intravenous chemotherapy for solid tumors. Participants will be monitored both before and after the Onco'nect tool is implemented at their treatment center.

Eligible participants will need to be comfortable with the study and willing to share their medical data. They should not have any difficulties understanding or reading French, nor should they have any cognitive or psychiatric issues that might affect their participation. If you join the study, you can expect to use the Onco'nect tool as part of your care, and your experiences will help researchers understand how well this digital solution works in improving patient care.
