• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Full-time employee who works on campus at one of the Sutter Health participating sites
• • Speaks and reads English
• • Consumes three or more sugar-sweetened beverages (SSB) a week
• • Agrees to participate in two fasting blood draws
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Pregnant
