ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how simulation training can help nursing students improve their self-awareness and empathy skills. By using realistic scenarios that mimic real-life patient interactions, the research aims to see if this type of training makes nursing students better at understanding and connecting with their future patients.
To participate in this study, students need to be at least 18 years old, currently in their 4th year of nursing school, and have a grade point average of 1.80 or higher. The trial is open to all genders and is currently looking for volunteers. Participants will engage in simulation exercises and then share their experiences, which will help researchers understand the impact of this training. It's important to note that students with certain health issues or those who have repeated courses due to failures in their studies won't be eligible to join. Overall, this study could help shape better training methods for future nurses.
