ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how personalized education can help adult patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) who are on hemodialysis. The researchers want to see if using a special teaching method called the "Teach-Back Method" can improve patients' ability to follow their treatment plan. This includes sticking to their fluid and diet restrictions and taking their medications as prescribed. Nurses will guide the education sessions, helping patients develop better coping skills related to their condition.

To participate in this study, candidates need to be between 18 and 65 years old, have been on hemodialysis for at least three months, and be able to communicate in Turkish. They should not have any severe speech, vision, or hearing problems, and must not have cognitive issues like dementia. If they agree to participate, they will receive individualized education and support to improve their health management. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to help patients better manage their illness and improve their quality of life.
