ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how a 6-week online program of yogic breathing exercises might help improve breathing, speech, and emotional well-being in people living with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and myasthenia gravis. The study aims to see if these exercises can make a positive difference in the daily lives of participants.
To join the study, participants need to be at least 18 years old and have a confirmed diagnosis of ALS or myasthenia gravis. They should be able to follow simple instructions, have been on stable medication for at least 60 days, and have a certain level of breathing ability. Participants must also have access to the internet and a device that allows for video calls. The trial is currently recruiting people, and those who join can expect to learn breathing techniques that may help them feel better both physically and emotionally during the 6-week program.
