ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying whether using a smartphone app can help lung cancer patients stick to their prescribed exercise programs after surgery. The trial is open to patients aged 18 to 75 who are having a minimally invasive lung cancer surgery and are comfortable using smartphones to answer questions. Participants will be divided into two groups: one group will receive regular feedback from a healthcare provider through the app, while the other group will use the app without feedback. The main goal is to see if patients who receive feedback will be more likely to follow their rehabilitation exercise plan in the month after they leave the hospital.
If you decide to participate, you will use the app both during and after your surgery to report any symptoms and get support. This study is currently looking for volunteers, and if the app proves effective, it could be used to help many more patients recover after surgery in the future. It's important to know that if you have certain medical issues or have had specific treatments, you may not qualify for this trial.
