ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new technology called Caption Health LungAI, which helps doctors evaluate patients who are experiencing shortness of breath. The goal is to see how well this AI tool works in guiding and interpreting lung ultrasounds, which are special tests that use sound waves to create images of the lungs. By participating in this study, patients can help researchers understand if this technology can improve the way doctors diagnose and treat breathing problems.
To be eligible for this trial, participants need to be at least 18 years old and should be experiencing shortness of breath, with a possibility of having a specific condition that can be seen in lung ultrasounds (referred to as B-lines). However, patients who are very sick and unable to undergo this type of test due to more urgent medical needs will not be included. If you join the study, you will receive care as usual, and your experience may help improve future treatments for others with similar symptoms.
