ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how an innovative exercise program using a game-based software called LudoFit compares to a traditional home exercise routine for older adults at risk of falling. The main goals are to see if the software helps people stick to their exercise plans as well as or better than the traditional program, whether it improves their strength and balance, and if users find the software enjoyable to use.
To participate, you should be interested in a home exercise program, able to perform daily activities independently, and willing to return for a follow-up after three months. Participants will choose either the software or the conventional program and are expected to exercise at least three times a week for three months. After this period, they will come back for a check-up to assess their physical function. If you have certain mobility challenges or cognitive impairments, you may not be eligible for this study. Overall, this trial aims to help older adults improve their strength and balance, which could reduce their risk of falls.
