ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is exploring a new imaging technique called Magnetic Resonance UTE to better understand and monitor conditions affecting the hip joint, such as hip disease and bone health. The goal is to provide clearer images of the bone, cartilage, and ligaments in the hip, which can help doctors make more accurate evaluations and treatment plans for patients. The study is currently looking for participants, and it is open to people of all genders and ages who have certain hip-related issues.

To be eligible for the trial, you should have a history of osteoporosis or bone loss, a previous fracture in the femoral neck, avascular necrosis (a condition where blood supply to the hip bone is reduced), or hip osteoarthritis. However, if you have metal implants in the hip area or if you experience claustrophobia, you would not be able to participate. If you join the study, you can expect to undergo imaging tests that use this new technology, which could lead to better treatment options for hip diseases in the future.
