ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a treatment called the "letrozole-induced endometrial preparation protocol" to see if it helps women who are undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) achieve a successful pregnancy through frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET). The main goal is to find out if this method increases the chances of a live birth and a clinical pregnancy compared to other methods, such as natural cycles or hormone replacement therapy. The researchers will also look at important factors like the chances of miscarriage, the need to cancel an embryo transfer cycle, and how many visits to the clinic are required.
Women under 40 who have had IVF or ICSI with a certain number of frozen embryos may be eligible to participate. To qualify, they should have had no more than two previous embryo transfers and meet specific health criteria, like not having certain reproductive conditions or a high body mass index. Participants will be randomly assigned to different treatment groups, and they can expect to undergo regular check-ups as part of the study. This research aims to provide important insights that could help improve fertility treatments in the future.
